Provide flight and ground instruction for: Private Pilot Instrument Rating Commercial Pilot applicants Prepare lesson plans and conduct structured training Maintain accurate student training records Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and school procedures Promote a strong safety culture Mentor students throughout their training progression Communicate student progress with leadership/team members Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational readiness
