Strong passion for teaching with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other internet‑based applications. Must participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program. Must be authorized to live and work in the United States. Physical Requirements Physical dexterity to perform tasks requiring hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills. Ability to sit in a confined space for 4-6 hours at a time with limited breaks. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours) with limited breaks. Ability to sit, stoop, climb, twist, and turn as required for simulator instruction. Preferred Qualifications Experience flying business aircraft and single pilot. Prior instructional or training experience. Demonstrated ability to tailor instruction to a diverse, global customer base. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in compliance with CAE and FAA requirements. Benefits (U.S. Full‑Time) Flexible vacation policy and scheduling. Paid holidays, including paid time off between December 25 and January 1. Competitive salary and benefits package. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Flexible work schedule when not instructing. Defined Retirement Plan. Employee and Family Assistance Programs.
