Instructor Pilot

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an experienced Instructor Pilot to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aviation and a commitment to excellence in training and safety.

Responsibilities:

Conduct flight training for pilots in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations. Evaluate pilot performance and provide constructive feedback. Develop and maintain training materials and programs. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures. Provide mentorship and support to new pilots. Maintain accurate training records and documentation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with other departments to enhance training programs.

Requirements:

Valid ATP certificate. Minimum of 3000 flight hours. Previous experience as a flight instructor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
