POSITION SUMMARY

The Night Crew Chief is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by presenting and ensuring the freshest quality product. Night Crew Chief's obtain this through overnight supervision of all functions in the grocery areas including but not limited to; achieving sales/operational results through ordering, inventory management, stocking, leveling, decision making, employee engagement, employee development, and encouraging an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company. Night Crew Chiefs are additionally responsible for compliance to all laws, company policies and procedures including labor and safety regulations, asset protection and food safety. Job Requirements
