In this role, you will be responsible for commanding and operating turbojet aircraft, specifically the Beechcraft Premier, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. Your expertise in multi-engine aircraft piloting, adherence to aviation regulations, and exceptional communication skills will drive our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced pilots with a passion for business jet flying and a strong background in international and domestic flight operations. Duties Command and operate Beechcraft Premier aircraft during commercial, business, and private flights in accordance with all applicable aviation regulations including FAR Part 121, FAR Part 135, and FAR Part 91. Conduct pre-flight planning, including reviewing weather conditions, flight plans, ICAO standards and recommended practices (SARPs), and ensuring compliance with ICAO regulations. Manage flight operations efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols under IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) and VFR (Visual Flight Rules). Communicate effectively with air traffic control using clear, professional language in multiple languages including English and Mandarin when necessary. Lead flight crew members and coordinate team management activities to ensure seamless operations across all flights. Ensure aircraft readiness through thorough inspections, adherence to maintenance schedules, and compliance with aviation safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger needs professionally while maintaining command of the aircraft during all phases of flight. Maintain detailed records of flight logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation in line with FAA regulations. Qualifications Proven experience piloting Beechcraft Premier aircraft or similar business jets within FAR Part 135 regulations. Extensive knowledge of turbojet aircraft operation, multi-engine piloting techniques, and IFR procedures. Strong command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus for international operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing flight crews or team members in a high-pressure environment. Familiarity with ICAO standards and SARPs as well as Federal Aviation Regulations governing commercial flight operations. Experience flying under FAR Part 91 regulations is preferred for versatility across different operational contexts. Military background or experience in aviation is advantageous due to disciplined operational standards. Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-focused approach to ensure passenger satisfaction. Ability to operate within strict safety protocols while maintaining efficiency during demanding flight schedules.
