Purpose Statement Rich's aviation department is looking for an experienced pilot who can successfully perform the key accountabilities outlined for this role, including all duties and responsibilities defined in Rich Aviation's Flight Operations Manual (FOM). These responsibilities are critical to supporting the needs of our Part 91 flight department, with a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability in support of the company's air travel requirements. The selection process will focus on identifying the most qualified candidate to fulfill the requirements of the open position and must have the drive to learn and succeed in a corporate environment. Falcon 7X or Falcon 2000EX EASy is preferred. This candidate will be required to live in the greater WNY area. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Be able to perform and complete required pre/post flight duties and inspections of the aircraft specified Responsible to comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists and working knowledge of company FOM Effective oral and written communication skills Be an active participant in the flight departments Safety Management System (SMS) Be a self-motivating, professional, ethical and flexible individual Remain current and qualified in the assigned aircraft Maintain valid certificates required to perform scheduled flight duties Able to obtain and maintain passports and if required, visas, current international certificates of vaccination and other documents as required to travel to specific international destinations Must present a team effort approach with great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills Must be proactive, efficient, with the ability to seek out answers and resources as needed Must be able to work flexible schedules and willing to travel internationally when needed Basic computer skills Able to actively establish priorities and have good organizational skills Must be able to handle the job responsibilities with integrity, discretion and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information Possess no prior FAA or DOT violations to include DUI's, DWI's Able to pass an extensive TSA, PRIA and corporate background check Assist with handling of aircraft, passengers, and baggage(requires some heavy lifting) Interface with passengers and other company personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience HS or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred Commercial license but ATP preferred First Class with no limitations 1500 Hours minimum total time (500 hours jet time preferred) International experience strongly preferred

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
