Flight Planning — Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, including weather analysis, performance calculations, fuel planning, and route selection. Owner Operations — Provide a personalized, discreet, and professional service to aircraft owners, adapting to their preferences and schedules. Charter Operations — Deliver a premium passenger experience for charter clients, ensuring comfort, safety, and exceptional service. Regulatory Compliance — Maintain strict adherence to the company SOPs, and safety management systems. Aircraft Management — Oversee aircraft condition, coordinate maintenance, and ensure accurate technical log entries. Crew Resource Management — Demonstrate strong CRM skills Customer Service — Provide a polished, professional, and welcoming presence for all passengers. Operational Reporting — Complete post‑flight documentation, safety reports, and operational feedback. Qualifications
UK/EASA/FAA
ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL Theory Valid Class 1 Medical C510 Type Rating (current or recently expired) Minimum 1,500 hours total time Minimum 500 hours multi‑engine and 250 hours turbine Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks Experience & Attributes Strong confidence operating in high‑workload environments. Experience flying for private owners or clients. Charter flying — Familiarity with dynamic schedules and short‑notice missions. SMS and safety culture — Comfortable working within a proactive safety environment. Excellent communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
