Thursday-Sunday 8:00am-6:30pm and 7:00pm-5:30am (shift details included) Responsibilities Ensure production quality meets specifications Communicate issues to supervisor and area manager Ensure line is running efficiently Provide mentoring to leads, promote mentoring of staff Make work priority list for personnel for utilization of time/capabilities Coordinate the flow of products through the department Manage the quality, availability, and affordability of the product line Assign workers to line positions as per play sheet, rotate workers throughout shift Manage all production line functions and resources to meet quality, cost, and schedule Make sure workers are performing duties according to play sheet Communicate with supervisor to improve line performance Help admin perform changeover procedure Work on line only to temporarily cover position if required Requirements High School Diploma Required Experience on manufacturing line Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated problem solving and attention to detail System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
