Job Summary Flight Support Assistant Our client is seeking a capable and safety-oriented Flight Support Assistant to support flight testing operations for cutting-edge drone technologies. This role is critical to ensure safe, efficient, and disciplined test operations, working side-by-side with the flight team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, exhibits sound judgment, and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence. Here are the top 3 required skills for the Flight Support Assistant role: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Mandatory certification to operate as a qualified Visual Observer (VO) during drone flight operations. Strong Communication & Team Collaboration
  • Essential for coordinating with flight teams, reporting clearly, and contributing to daily briefings and mission planning. Physical Readiness & Operational Support Experience
  • Ability to perform hands-on duties such as preparing drones, managing equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining readiness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:
