Updated 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary Fly aircraft to various locations throughout the continental U.S., Mexico, & Canada. Load freight, ensuring a balanced load. Supervise aircraft refueling. Maintain accurate records for use by other company departments. Maintain knowledge of Ameristar procedures and contents of manuals Perform aircraft related duties and assignments as required. Benefits Home based! We pay travel to and from work! Flexible scheduling, 209 days per year. $2.75/hour per diem (away from home base), mileage incentives. Extra day pay rate is $445 (FO) to $509 (captain) + mileage + incentive for 12+ days / year. Eligible to upgrade to Captain status based upon performance and previous experience - not seniority. Company pays for KCM, iPad and data plan, expedited pasport. CASS Participant, MyIDTravel, ID90Travel. Medical, dental, vision, hospitalization, illness, accident, life insurance. Matching 401(k) offered. Company matches 50% up to your 6%. Paid Sick and Vacation days. Loading pay on freighters averages $350 / month. Training is approx. 45 days at full starting base pay, lodging paid by Ameristar. Requirements US citizen or authorization to work in United states. Under 65 years old required (Part 121), preferably 62 or younger. ATP with at least one turbojet (Group II) type rating without an SIC restriction, 3000TT, 121 jet PIC time preferred. Ability to pass a 10-year Background Check, Fingerprint, & Drug Screen and entry into Canada.
