Position Type Independent Contracor/1099 Clearance Requirements Secret About the Role Culmen is hiring an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) subject matter expert to support short term assignments including multiple OCONUS TDY's. The projected level of effort is approximately 20-40 hours/month of baseline support, with that increasing to 80-100 hours during months in which there is an in-country engagement. Estimated 4 - 6 TDY's over the next year. This is a 1099 position awaiting funding. What You'll Do in Your Role The SME will support the team with training and developing training methodology, as well as helping to define the scope of deployability, readiness, and logistics of the system. Required Qualifications Experience with ScanEagle UAS Knowledge/experience with ISR unmanned and manned systems used by U.S. forces and partners Knowledge/experience with operational doctrine development Knowledge/experience with rapid re-deployment of unmanned systems Knowledge and experience on current
U.S. ISR
