Job Summary
Rotor Wing Pilot, Air Medical | Life Link III
Rhinelander, WI
This search is being conducted by Aviation Search Group in partnership with Life Link III.
Fly a mission that matters, for a program that treats you like it does.
Life Link III is a premier, nationally recognized air medical transport organization known for clinical excellence, a superior aviation program, and reliable response when critically ill and injured patients need it most. They are adding experienced rotor wing pilots at three bases across the Northwoods of Wisconsin and Minnesota, and Aviation Search Group has partnered with them to find the right people.
If you are a helicopter pilot who wants your flying to mean something, and you are ready to be part of an organization instead of an outsourced line item, this is worth a conversation.
Why pilots are making the move to Life Link III
You are part of the team, not a vendor. Life Link III owns and operates its own aviation program under its own certificate. Pilots are direct employees and full members of an elite air medical team, flying alongside clinical crews they know by name. This is not an outsourced contract operation, and you will feel the difference in how you are treated.
The equipment is modern and uniform. You will fly a state-of-the-art, all Leonardo AW119 fleet, so you stay sharp and current on one platform across the entire program.
Safety is the culture, not a poster on the wall. Life Link III has never had an accident, and every decision is built around keeping it that way, supported by a mature Safety Management System and disciplined Crew Resource Management.
The schedule gives you your life back. A 7 on 7 off rotation on 12-hour shifts means half the year is yours, for family, for rest, and for the outdoors right outside your door.
The mission is real. Every flight is a direct chance to give a rural patient their best shot at the best possible outcome. That purpose is why people join, and why they stay.
They invest in you. Fully vested 401k match, HSA match, tuition and training reimbursement, and company aircraft time to help you earn your ATP.
