You are a trusted leader, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a strong team culture rooted in safety, collaboration, and accountability.\nYou act as the primary point of contact for pilots at your base, helping to resolve challenges, support team development, and elevate concerns when needed. Your Impact:

\nDemonstrated leadership capability\nManages rotor wing pilot schedules for the base\nTimely entry of base schedule in Flight & Duty Tracker.\nFirst level review of timecards\nAssists the base pilots in the performance of their duties.\nDevelops and keeps updated base adverse weather plan.\nLeads and models professional, productive, and team-orientated behaviors\nConducts 621 Training\nCollaborates with the Clinical Base Lead to provide aviation updates for base meetings.\nCommunicate any aviation updates\nDevelops and maintains a 'Local Area Hazards Map\"\nEnsures new pilots receive base orientation.\nEnsures medical equipment is weighed as specified in Section 4 of the GOM\nAudits Life Link III Flight & Duty Tracker for accuracy.\nEnsures policies and procedures are followed\nSchedules and leads monthly Base Operations Meeting in collaboration with the ACP\nCompletes all necessary paperwork/administrative responsibilities are completed timely\n

(ATP in category meets this requirement.)\nFirst or Second-Class FAA Medical Certificate\n2000 hours total flight time\n1500 hours flight hours in category\n1000 hours PIC in category\n500 hours of rotorcraft turbine time\n200 hours of cross\n100 hours of unaided night.\n50 hours of unaided night can be accepted with a minimum of 100 hours of aided night.50 hours of hood or actual time instrument time in flight in category. (Simulator time does not count.)\nA pilot that is dual qualified in fixed wing with 100 hours of actual instrument time can reduce this requirement to 25 requirement to 25 hours.\nAble to work
