Responsibilities:

Assist our members in their daily activities to include employment, social, physical and life skills. Transport members to community-based activities including their places of employment. Support members at their jobs to achieve desired outcomes Assist members as needed with hygiene and restroom skills Interact with members to promote opportunities for peer and community integration Serve as role model and positive influence for members and fellow team members Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of member goals Desired mindsets : Compassionate and patient demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Unrestricted, valid driver's license Reliable transportation Level 1 DPS fingerprint clearance card CPR First Aid Article 9

Monday-Friday, 8am-3:30pm Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 32.0 per week
