The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, discretion, punctuality, and a high level of personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe and Efficient Transportation Drive executives and VIPs to meetings, events, airports, or other destinations as required. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company protocols to ensure a smooth and secure journey. Schedule Management Coordinate with executives or their assistants to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Monitor traffic, weather conditions, and route updates to select the most efficient routes. Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning, fueling, and scheduling routine maintenance. Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure all systems are operational and road-ready. Discretion and Confidentiality Handle all interactions and conversations with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. Respect passengers' privacy and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality. Professional Appearance and Conduct Represent the company with a polished, professional demeanor at all times. Wear company-approved attire and ensure proper grooming standards are met. Service Excellence Assist with luggage, doors, and any special requests. Anticipate needs and go above and beyond to deliver a memorable and stress-free experience. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and expense reports as required by the company. Report any incidents, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a spotless driving record. Proven experience as a chauffeur or in a similar role preferred. Familiarity with GPS systems, navigation apps, and local routes. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability. Ability to lift luggage or other items as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience driving high-profile clients or executives. Knowledge of luxury vehicle operations and maintenance. Training in defensive driving or advanced driving techniques.
