As an Autonomous Vehicle Driver Operator , you will safely operate test vehicles, execute test scenarios, and work closely with the Testing & Validation (T&V) team to ensure accurate data collection and safe vehicle operation. This position is ideal for experienced drivers who are safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and interested in working with cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology. Key Responsibilities Safely operate autonomous vehicles while following all traffic laws and company safety protocols. Execute assigned vehicle test cases by following detailed testing procedures. Collaborate daily with the Testing & Validation (T&V) team. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness. Maintain the cleanliness of test vehicles (interior and exterior). Record accurate daily test reports and documentation. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism. Remain calm and make sound decisions in changing driving conditions. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Minimum 3 years of professional or personal driving experience . Comfortable operating autonomous vehicles in real-world driving environments. Strong attention to detail with a methodical, process-driven approach. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Ability to remain composed under pressure and prioritize safety. Technical experience with electronics, mechanical systems, or computers is a plus. Familiarity with Linux or Ubuntu is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Experience in vehicle testing, driver operations, fleet operations, or automotive environments. Interest in autonomous vehicle technology, robotics, or advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.

Pay:
