Location:

Tucker, GA (and surrounding areas)

Focus:

Empowering adults with IDD to live, work, and volunteer independently. Available Opportunities/Positions/Schedule/Key Responsibilities FT Community Instructor M-F, 8A - 4PSupport participants in community volunteering and activities. Driving a mini-van is required. PT Home Support M-F, 3P - 8PAssist with dinner prep and evening routines. Focus is on coaching , not doing the chores for them. PT Weekend Support Sat/Sun, 6-8 hours during the day. Lead weekend social events, community activities, and home maintenance tasks. Minimum 4 weekends per month. FT & PT Overnights 8P - 9A Ensure safety overnight. Instructors have a private room and may sleep/study once participants are settled.

Mandatory Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1 year supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.

Education:

Verifiable High School Diploma or equivalent.

Background:

Must pass a drug test, background check, and have a safe driving record.

References:

Must provide contact names and dates for previous employer reference checks.

Skills:

For FT Community roles, you must be comfortable driving a mini-van on expressways and in downtown areas.
