We're looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to support our field operations during high-demand periods. What this role really is This is flexible, on-demand work where you complete tasks across the city — from apartment inspections to simple fixes and key handoffs. What you'll do Conduct apartment inspections before check-ins and after check-outs (using a mobile checklist) Take clear photos and document unit condition Handle key pickups/drop-offs and simple delivery tasks Perform basic fixes (e.g., replacing batteries, tightening fixtures, minor touch-ups) Troubleshoot simple issues like WiFi resets or access problems Support last-minute tasks to keep apartments guest-ready Most tasks are straightforward and guided — attention to detail matters more than technical expertise.
