WRTS Team Member Wanted! Must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend shift each week. Join our dynamic team at We Rock the Spectrum!

We Rock the Spectrum is a sensory-friendly, inclusive play center providing a welcoming environment for children of all abilities. We offer Open Play, Field Trips, Private Events, and Birthday Parties.
Job Opportunity:
We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as a "coach."
Requirements:
Age 16+ Availability to work evenings during the week and weekends (AM & PM shifts) Ability to engage with children and families in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service.
CLEANING IS A HUGE PART OF THIS ROLE!
Maintain a clean and sanitized environment. Wipe down play equipment, toys, and surfaces. Restock supplies and manage trash/recycling. Assist with play area supervision and maintenance. Hosting and engaging with Birthday Parties. With every party you work, there is a chance for tips! Support sensory-friendly activities and events. Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you're passionate about inclusivity, enjoy working with children, and are available weekends and evenings apply today! Salary is based on experience. Certain skills can increase your salary.
These skills include:
CPR & first aid training; speaking another language (Spanish, French, Sign Language); experience with special needs children
