Job Description

Position Overview:
People Centered Support Services is seeking a dependable, caring DayHab Support Staff to work with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities two days per week: Mondays and Thursdays . Staff assist clients with daily activities, community outings, social skills, and structured routines. This position requires transportation of clients using your personal vehicle before and after DayHab. Once clients arrive at the center, all community outings and program transportation are done using the company van . Mileage reimbursement is provided for all client‑related transportation in your personal vehicle. Schedule Mondays & Thursdays only Key Responsibilities Client transportation — Pick up and drop off assigned clients using your personal vehicle before and after DayHab; ensure safe, timely transportation. Company vehicle outings — Use the PCSS company vehicle for all community outings, activities, and errands during DayHab hours. Daily activity support — Assist clients with social skills, life‑skills practice, structured activities, and community participation. Safety monitoring — Maintain a safe environment during transportation, activities, and outings; follow all PCSS safety protocols. Documentation — Complete attendance, transportation logs, and daily notes accurately and on time. Communication — Report concerns, changes, or incidents to supervisors promptly; maintain professional communication with families when needed. Team collaboration — Work cooperatively with other DayHab staff to support client goals and daily routines. $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
