7D DRIVERS AND MONITORS WANTED

As a 7D Driver or Monitor, you will play a crucial part in ensuring safe, reliable transportation and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers. Duties Safely operate sedans and mini vans designated for 7D transportation services, Monitor passenger behavior to ensure safety and adherence to conduct standards, employing effective behavior management techniques Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially children, or individuals with disabilities, providing compassionate childcare and support as needed Communicate clearly with passengers using strong English skills; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse communities Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and report any maintenance issues promptly Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and safety checks in compliance with company policies Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service, addressing passenger questions or concerns professionally Skills Proven experience in van driving roles with a valid driver's license suitable for the vehicle type Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities enhance service delivery to diverse populations Knowledge of driving safety protocols, traffic laws, and vehicle basics. Experience working with children, or individuals requiring special care a plus. Excellent behavior management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments Ability to work mornings, and afternoons, as required.
