ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform assigned daily transports in safe and timely manner. Drivers would be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments using minivans and sedans. Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered. The driver must be courteous, patient, and professional at all times, as well as neat and clean in appearance per the driver handbook.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must pass a background check (no major offenses). All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid state-issued driver's license, with no suspension or revocation within the last five years, and no more than one chargeable accident or moving violation in the previous three years. Must have had a valid

DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR AT LEAST 3 YEARS.

Candidates are subject to a drug test. Must have a positive attitude and be patient. Must have strong work ethic.
