This part-time position with full-time potential involves photographing, posting items for sale on our CTBIDS online auction platform and/or sorting though households to find items of value. Typical hours are 10 am - 4 pm, mostly weekdays, but some weekends. Will require at least 3 days a week. We specialize in downsizing, estate sales, relocation services, and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! Benefits $18 to $20/hr starting pay based on experience, increases after 3 months with bonuses based on company performance Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Flexible scheduling Typically between 20 to 35 hours per week Help seniors, disabled individuals, and families that cannot take care of these projects on their own Make an impact in your local community You May Be a

Believe people matter Detailed oriented Are compassionate and enjoy working with older adults Job description (including, but not limited to): At client homes: Organize, pack, unpack, and help resettle clients (organizing belongings, light décor placement, etc.) Estate liquidation: Sort items for sale, donation, recycling, or disposal (note: we are not movers ; heavy lifting is handled by pros) Auction prep (CTBids): Photograph, describe, and post items online; assist with auction pickups and shipping General duties: Provide friendly customer service, follow company safety guidelines, and work in varied home environments And more, no 2 days are alike! Job Requirements (including, but not limited to): Driver's license and transportation. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation Team players with a positive, flexible attitude Reliable & punctual — clients and teammates depend on you Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs., climb stairs, bend/kneel, and stand for several hours Tech-savvy with smartphones/apps (used for scheduling, timekeeping, auctions) Comfortable working in different environments (some homes may be cluttered or dusty)
Experience:
No specific experience required, but experience or interest in estate sales and online auctions a plus

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 30.0 per week
