Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Private Driver to provide safe, efficient, and courteous transportation services for our clients. This role involves navigating various vehicle types with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all passengers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and a strong commitment to safety and service excellence. Responsibilities Safely operate a range of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport clients or goods efficiently. Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle by performing routine inspections and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage or packages, and addressing any special requests professionally. Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic conditions, road closures, and client preferences. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during all driving activities. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules for accountability and reporting purposes. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks or coordinate repairs with authorized service providers as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, school bus driving, or delivery driver positions. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to address minor issues independently. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; proficiency in operating various vehicle types including bus and box trucks is preferred. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously in diverse situations. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type(s) driven; additional certifications such as driver or limousine license are advantageous. Ability to plan routes efficiently while maintaining flexibility for last-minute changes or client needs. Physical capability to assist with luggage or cargo handling when necessary.
