Job Description
Job Summary At NextGen Recovery Services, we are among Minnesota's largest, fastest-growing, and most respected asset recovery companies. Our operations combine advanced technology, disciplined field execution, and strong team support to deliver industry-leading results for our clients. We are currently hiring Spotter Drivers / Field Investigators to support our recovery agents by locating vehicles in the field and feeding high-quality information back to our operations team. About the Role As a Spotter Driver, you will operate a company-issued vehicle within assigned zones, driving structured routes to identify vehicles subject to repossession. You will not physically repossess vehicles — your role is intelligence, accuracy, and communication. Our vehicles are equipped with automated license plate recognition (LPR) technology , allowing you to scan plates efficiently as you drive. When a vehicle is located, you'll relay real-time information to our recovery agents, who handle the actual recovery process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying focused for long periods, and being rewarded for performance.
