Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join a local shipping company. This position involves driving a sprinter van on a local, established route, making deliveries and pickups while providing excellent customer service. You'll be home every night—no overnight travel required. Responsibilities Drive a sprinter van on a local delivery route. Safely pick up and deliver shipments to customers. Load and unload packages as needed. Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) . Previous delivery or driving experience preferred. Ability to lift and move packages as needed. Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
