Job Description

Part-Time Transportation & Support Staff Needed We are seeking a reliable, compassionate individual to support an adult man with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) before and after his day program.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday Approximately 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM Approximately 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM Opportunity for more hours as
SSP Pay:
$20 per hour Mileage reimbursement provided for transportation of individual
Responsibilities:
Assist with morning routines and preparation for day program Provide transportation to and from day program Offer supervision and support after program until evening staff arrive Help maintain a calm, positive, and supportive environment
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and comfortable working with individuals with autism. Experience with ASD, intellectual disabilities, caregiving, direct support, education, or related fields is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. This position may be a great fit for: Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or other rideshare/delivery drivers looking for consistent hours College students studying education, psychology, social work, nursing, or related fields Retirees seeking meaningful part-time work Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Anyone with experience supporting individuals with disabilities
Requirements:
Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle Clean driving record Proof of insurance Dependable attendance and punctuality This is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's daily life while earning supplemental income on a consistent schedule.
