Online Community & Forum Engagement Specialist (Automotive / Off-Road) M&R Automotive - 4.7 Sun Valley, CA Job Details Part-time From $20 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Community engagement Writing skills Fundraising events Community events Full Job Description About Us M&R Automotive is an e-commerce brand specializing in vehicle-specific off-road LED light kits. Our products are designed to be DIY-friendly, no-drill, and complete bolt-on packages for off-road enthusiasts. Our shop is located next to Burbank Airport. This is a primarily remote position. However, we do ask team members to attend in-person meetings at our shop approximately twice per month for team updates, collaboration, project planning, and discussions about company growth and ongoing operations. What You'll Do We're looking for someone to actively engage in online communities and forums where off-road enthusiasts on vehicle-specific forums like F150, Tacoma, Ranger, etc.
Your role is to:
Find conversations where people are asking about lighting, installs, or upgrades Respond in a natural, helpful way Build trust and credibility within communities Subtly guide people toward solutions (including our products when appropriate) Share helpful insights, install tips, and personal-style experiences Monitor discussions and report common questions, trends, and customer concerns What We're Looking For Strong understanding of trucks, off-roading, or automotive mods Experience using forums is a big plus Strong writing skills — must sound natural, not robotic or "salesy" Self-starter who can work independently Someone who will be constantly engaging with users across all forums Compensation This role will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as results are proven and the role expands. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business long-term — not just complete tasks, but help build something meaningful.
