As a Green SM Driver, you'll provide safe, reliable and professional transportation while driving a company-provided VinFast electric vehicle. Unlike traditional rideshare driving, this is a W-2 employee position with hourly pay, benefits and performance incentives. What We Offer Guaranteed $20.25/hour, even between rides W-2 employee position Additional performance bonuses and incentives Keep 100% of passenger tips Company-provided VinFast electric vehicle No gas, maintenance, or personal vehicle expenses Full benefits starting Day One for full-time employees Paid training Opportunity to join Green SM during our U.S. launch What You'll Do Provide safe, professional and welcoming rides to passengers throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County Use GPS and the Green SM/Uber platform to efficiently navigate pickups and destinations Deliver excellent customer service and assist passengers when needed Follow all traffic laws, company safety standards and rideshare requirements Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment Communicate professionally with passengers regarding pickups and ride details Complete required training and follow Green SM operating procedures What We're Looking For Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Safe and responsible driving history Comfortable using GPS, smartphones and rideshare technology Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, professional and punctual Comfortable driving throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties Rideshare, taxi, delivery, chauffeur or other professional driving experience is a plus, but not required Drive With Green SM This isn't traditional gig driving. You'll be part of the team helping launch Green SM in the United States while driving a modern electric vehicle and providing a consistently high-quality passenger experience.
