Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent +

• Experience:

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred +

• Skills:

• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management +

• Behaviors:

• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible +

• Vehicle:

• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance Compensation for this position is established by the applicable union collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The hourly rate is $20.55 for individuals with less than one year of relevant experience and $21.65 for those with one or more years of relevant experience, as determined by the employer.
