We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Beach Attendant / Rentals Associate to join our team on beautiful Lake Havasu! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being on the water, and have a knack for sales and guest communication, this is the perfect opportunity to combine fun, sun, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a fun, welcoming lakeside experience Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and bookings via phone and in person Assist customers with boat and jet ski rentals, including check-in, orientation, and return process Actively promote and sell boat and jet ski rentals, upgrades, add-ons, and related services Provide clear safety instructions and basic operational guidance for boats and jet skis Clean boats and jet skis to ensure they are always rental-ready Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safety and quality standards Maintain overall organization of rental equipment and staging areas Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

High energy, outgoing personality, and strong people skills Previous sales experience with the ability to upsell confidently Comfortable handling phone calls, bookings, and customer questions Strong multitasking skills in a busy, outdoor waterfront environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work outdoors in sun and heat for extended periods Preferred (but not required): Experience in boat or jet ski rentals, marinas, or water sports operations Basic knowledge of boating and personal watercraft safety Experience with booking systems or point-of-sale platforms
