As a well-established brand and a staple in the Marina del Rey yacht charter industry, we take pride in delivering exceptional experiences on the water while fostering a fun, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Our Stewardesses and Stewards play a key role as ambassadors for the Calico Yacht Charter brand, helping create lasting impressions and ensuring every guest experience reflects our commitment to excellence. If you enjoy working with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and spending time on the water, we'd love to hear from you. Position Overview Our Stewardesses and Stewards play a vital role in delivering the exceptional guest experience that Calico Yacht Charter is known for. Working alongside the Captain, you'll help ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests throughout each charter. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests throughout their charter experience Help prepare the vessel(s) before guest arrival Assist with food and beverage service Maintain vessel cleanliness and presentation standards Monitor guest comfort and anticipate guest needs Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures Support the Captain with safety-related duties as directed Help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere aboard Represent Calico Yacht Charter with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules Comfortable working aboard vessels and around the water Ability to lift and carry supplies as needed Preferred Qualifications Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, event, or customer service experience Previous yacht, boating, or maritime experience CPR / First Aid Certification (preferred but not required) Experience working with luxury clientele or special events Previous vessel experience is preferred but not required.
