Full Job Description Your Mission:
Become a Dessert Legend! Captain Cookie & the Milk Man needs new heroes for our Brookland store! We are obsessed with high standards and serving up made-from-scratch cookies, plus local creamery ice cream and milk. We're searching for part-time Associate Squad Members to join our ranks.
Your daily missions will include:
Culinary Proficiency:
Prep and bake the freshest cookies and scoop the finest ice cream. You'll be a dessert master!
Customer Engagement Legend:
Deliver joy and legendary service to our superfans both new and returning.
Headquarters Hygiene:
Keep our Command Center spotless and mission-ready.
Admin Ace:
Master the point-of-sale system and swiftly handle all cash register operations. We provide all the specialized training—you bring the joyful, friendly personality to delight our superfans!
The Profile:
Are You Mission-Ready? We're looking for friendly, responsible individuals who are passionate about cookies! All ages, from emerging cadets (teenagers) to seasoned veterans (seniors), are welcome. Those looking to earn full-time hours and/or a manager rank are also encouraged to apply. We're powered by Joyfulness, Integrity, Reliability, Hard Work and Growth Mindset!

Compensation & Logistics The Payday:
Your journey begins with base pay plus tips that results in a minimum of $17.95/hr, with our friendliest squad members earning $25/hr thanks to their spectacular service!
