Job Description
Boat Washer The Boat House - Cape Coral, FL The Boat House is GROWING and looking for a dependable, hardworking Boat Washer team member to join our Cape Coral Sales Department! If you enjoy working outdoors, being around boats, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great opportunity for you. This position works closely with our Sales Department to make sure our boats and sales lot are clean, organized, and ready to make a great impression on our customers. This is not a boat detailing position . The primary focus is routine washing and general upkeep of our boat inventory while assisting the Sales team with day-to-day needs. What You'll Do Wash and rinse boats to keep sales inventory clean and presentable. Prepare boats for customer showings and deliveries by ensuring they are clean and ready to go. Keep stock boats looking their best for customers walking through the dealership. Work closely with the Sales team to help prepare boats as needed. Assist with organizing and maintaining the appearance of the sales lot. Help move and position boats when trained and authorized to do so. Maintain clean and organized washing areas, hoses, equipment, and supplies. Assist with general dealership and yard cleanup. Help prepare boats and dealership displays for boat shows and special sales events. Provide courteous and professional assistance when interacting with customers. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other Sales Department support duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Dependable and ready to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of the day. Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Able to work safely around boats, trailers, vehicles, and dealership equipment. Valid Florida Driver's License. Forklift or boat-moving experience is a plus, but training may be provided as appropriate. No specific education requirement. Why Join The Boat House?
