Duties Assist with rigging and unrigging dredging equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations Support the deck crew in maintaining vessel cleanliness, safety, and organization Operate mechanical systems and tools under supervision, applying mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues Participate in safety drills, inspections, and emergency response procedures to uphold safety standards Skills Basic rigging skills with the ability to handle ropes, pulleys, and lifting equipment confidently Mechanical aptitude to understand vessel systems and assist with routine maintenance or troubleshooting Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions A proactive attitude with a focus on safety, teamwork, and adaptability in a maritime setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals with dredging operations while contributing to vital infrastructure projects.
