Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic Dock and Lift Crew and become an essential part of our operations team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for the installation of floating boat lifts, boat docks, service, and repairs. Duties Accomplishes daily product installation responsibilities as directed by supervisor and management. Achieves operational objectives by working within instructions, standard operating procedures, spoken directives and good operating practices to ensure completion of the production schedule in a timely manner. Strive to fully understand boat lifts, boat docks, and their interworking to assemble a well-built properly working product. Meets safety expectations for self and coworkers to ensure a safe and harmonious work environment. Work with Supervisor to facilitate schedule of daily manpower requirements to satisfy production schedule and budget. Operate trucks, trailers, track loader, power tools and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Position and align structural components in accordance with drawings and verbal instructions. Erect, dissemble scaffolding and temporary structures as required to expedite the flow of work. Assist in loading and unloading materials as required. Manage the operations of saws, drills, hoists, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner by self and others. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Possess a good mechanical aptitude and high skill using hand and power tools. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add to Production Requirements, add value to job accomplishments. Skills Construction knowledge Read blue prints Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks in various weather conditions. Boating experience(preferred but not required)
