MUST HAVE DREDGE OPERATOR/LEVERMAN EXPERIENCE CP
Marine Services, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Dredge Operator / Engineer / Leverman to join our dredging operations. This position requires leadership, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a demanding marine environment.
Position Details Start Date:
2-3
Weeks Schedule:
Monday•Friday (Staying aboard dredge required during active jobs)
Travel Required:
Yes — traveling to job locations
Lodging:
Provided Monday•Friday on dredge (DURING
ACTIVE JOB
) Daily rate of $400•500 based on experience and performance Job Responsibilities Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently Monitor dredging operations and production Maintain and troubleshoot dredge systems and equipment Supervise dredge crew and assist with daily operations Coordinate with management and support vessels Ensure safe and productive work environment Assist with general maintenance and repairs Requirements Must have dredge experience (Operator / Engineer / Leverman) Must demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills Must be dependable and hard-working Must be willing to travel and stay on dredge Must have valid TWIC card Must pass pre-employment drug testing Must have thick skin and ability to work in demanding environment Mechanical and hydraulic experience
