Full-time, non-exempt
Hours:
Typically between 32-40 hours per week, days to be scheduled, some weekend work required Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

As the Marina Equipment Operator, you will have experience operating heavy equipment and be a high energy individual with a positive attitude.
What You'll Do:
Haul, block, and launch boats Perform general boat maintenance and service work to include, but no limited to waxing, bottom painting, and zinc replacement Work closely with the General Manager and assist fellow crew members as needed Operate yard machinery including 25-ton Travelift, marine forklift, skid steer, and power washer Grounds maintenance and marina cleanliness Carry out additional duties as assigned
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities:
Wear proper personal protective equipment (may include safety glasses, gloves, life jackets and/or hard hats) as required for the task or work area Report all accidents, injuries, spills, and near misses immediately
Technical and Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous marina experience preferred Heavy forklift experience a plus Ability to ascend and descend a ladder Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to work in confined spaces Ability to lift 50 pounds Basic boat handling skills a plus
Qualifications:
Gladly provides responsive and high-level service to marina clients and its team members Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in order to meet the needs of marina clients Always communicates effectively and courteously Continuously follows policies and procedures while seeking out new and better ways of accomplishing duties
License/Certification:
