This role is vital in leading a team of skilled carpenters and construction workers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in every project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a deep understanding of deck building techniques, blueprints, and project management tools. Your expertise will drive project success while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and client specifications. We provide all tools necessary for the job to be done. We do work all year around and offer paid time off along with medical benefits. Duties Lead and supervise a team of deck builders, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards according to building codes. Coordinate daily work schedules, manage resources, and monitor progress Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, contract adherence, and project scheduling to meet deadlines and client expectations Proven experience in construction site management with a strong knowledge on composite and treated pine deck building projects. Must be able to read plans and work within the team and independently. Supervising or management experience in a fast-paced construction environment Experience with budgeting, project scheduling, and contract management processes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
