Our crews work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key. The Role Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Deckhand / Bartenders for our summer season (May - October) . This is a full-time seasonal position (30-50 hours/week, typically 4-5 shifts) combining onboard bartending with deckhand responsibilities. This is an ideal role for college students or anyone looking for a fast-paced, customer-facing job on the water with strong earning potential through tips .
