Wooden Boatbuilder McMillen Yachts - 3.3 Portsmouth, RI Job Details Full-time $20 - $50 an hour 8 days ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Carpentry repair tasks Restoration Attention to detail Vessel deck maintenance Wood construction materials New installations carpentry Caulking Full Job Description Positions available for competent wooden boatbuilders with experience in plank on frame structures, hull and deck repairs, and restoration.
Restoration projects include:
replacement of centerline timbers, hull framework, hull planking, deck framework, deck planking, deck superstructure, and furniture. Knowledge of marine systems installation, hardware installation, and caulking are encouraged. Must be able to work in a small team collaboratively and be willing to pull multiple boatyard tasks. Clean, neat work habits and attention to detail are a must.
Pay:
$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
