MyFlight Tours Milwaukee is hiring for our Milwaukee, WI Location (401 E Layton Ave. Milwaukee, WI). Job Description We are looking for a Ground Operations Crew for our helicopter tours. You will be in charge of and expected to perform the following: Greeting and briefing passengers in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion Ensure that all passengers walk in an orderly and safe manner to the helicopter Coordinate bookings ensuring all passengers have the correct tour Communication with the pilot and other ground staff to ensure all flights are on time Maintain the overall appearance of the site, including general cleaning (vacuuming, organizing, etc...)
