Job Description

Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting with the final steps of the vehicle purchase process. Demonstrate and explain all vehicle technology and features, including infotainment systems, driver-assistance features, smartphone connectivity, and other available technologies. Ensure customers are comfortable operating their new vehicle and answer any questions before delivery. Prepare vehicles for delivery by verifying they are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready. Perform a final quality check to ensure every vehicle meets dealership standards before the customer takes possession. Support the Sales Consultants throughout the delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership with exceptional customer service. Qualifications Passion for technology and learning new automotive features. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
