Overview

THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE JOB. I WILL EMPHASIZE THIS AGAIN, THIS IS A LABOR INTENSIVE JOB. IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO WORK AND SWEAT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

You will be responsible for all aspects of operating the Food Truck.

This includes:

making the pizza in the morning (we will train the right candidate), filling up the food truck, emptying the food truck, taking it to fill up for gas, get tires checked -- basically, any and all aspects involved with operating the food truck. Again, we will train the right candidate. The truck currently operates Tuesdays through Fridays (and your times are generally 6am - 2:30pm for setup, operation, and cleanup) and then on Mondays you would be setting up the food truck (approximately 1 hour). IF NECESSARY, you would be working Saturdays from 10:30am-2:30pm in the restaurant (this is only on days when we are short-staffed).

Most important qualities are:

POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND CONSISTENCY

Clean driver's license required. You will be subject to drug testing and background check.

FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS, PAY WILL BE

$15/HR.

AFTER THAT, THE PAY IS

$18/HR.
