Position Overview:

Chick-fil-A Gadsden is looking for friendly, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our Delivery Team ! As a delivery driver, you will be the face of Chick-fil-A outside the restaurant, ensuring prompt and professional service while upholding our Core 4 and Winning Hearts Every Time hospitality strategies.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Responsibilities:

Deliver orders promptly and with urgency once they are prepared. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with every guest interaction. Ensure accuracy and quality of orders before leaving the store. Wash and vacuum personal vehicle at the end of each shift after the final delivery. Complete a weekly vehicle inspection to ensure cleanliness and functionality. In-Restaurant Responsibilities (When Not Delivering): Stock supplies (sauces, lids, cups, etc.). Assist with curbside and dining room orders as needed. Perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle. Proof of insurance and clean driving record. Background check required. Ability to uphold Chick-fil-A's customer service and hospitality standards. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
