Saturdays, with additional weekend hours as needed About the Position Mr. Calvin's Bouncers is looking for a dependable, hardworking Weekend Delivery Driver / Inflatable Installer to join our team.
Please understand:
this is a physically demanding outdoor position — not just a driving job. Our rolled inflatables typically weigh approximately 300-500 lbs. Team members use heavy-duty dollies/hand trucks and proper team lifting and moving techniques, but applicants must be physically capable of safely controlling and maneuvering large, heavy equipment. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business, take on responsibility, and eventually become one of our main independent route drivers . Responsibilities Drive a company pickup truck to customer locations Deliver and pick up bounce houses, combos, water slides, obstacle courses, and other rental equipment Move large rolled inflatables using a dolly/hand truck and team assistance when required Set up and properly secure inflatable equipment Break down, fold, and roll inflatables correctly Load and unload trucks and trailers Move equipment through yards, backyards, grass, and uneven surfaces Work outdoors in Arkansas heat and changing weather conditions Learn to safely pull and back a trailer Follow delivery schedules and route instructions Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Inspect equipment during setup and pickup Eventually complete assigned delivery and pickup routes independently What We're Looking For Successful applicants must be: Dependable and punctual Physically capable of demanding outdoor work Comfortable working in hot weather Comfortable driving a pickup truck Available on Saturdays for morning deliveries and evening pickups Willing and able to work split shifts when necessary Willing to learn proper setup, breakdown, loading, and safety procedures Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Capable of eventually working independently without constant supervision Professional when interacting with customers Experience in moving, furniture/appliance delivery, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, athletics, event setup, or other physically demanding work is a plus but not required. Helper Pay:
$15 per hour Once you are fully trained and approved to independently run delivery and pickup routes, compensation is based on assigned workload. Experienced independent drivers can typically earn approximately: $140-$300+ on busy full-route days Earning potential increases with the amount of equipment and responsibility you are trained and able to safely handle. Our goal is to develop the right person into a dependable main route driver , not simply a ride-along helper. Important Schedule Information This position is primarily needed on weekends, especially Saturdays .
