Springdale, AR 72762 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and punctual Delivery Driver to join our team in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner while ensuring the safety and security of the goods transported. Key Responsibilities Load, transport, and deliver goods to customers or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Follow assigned routes and meet delivery schedules. Verify delivery instructions and obtain signatures or proof of delivery. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role preferred. Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with Springdale, AR and surrounding areas is a plus. Work Environment This position requires driving in various weather conditions and may involve physical activity such as loading and unloading packages.
