This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing customer orders, making deliveries, and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, works well independently, and provides excellent customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders. Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies. Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas. Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed). Assist with periodic inventory counts. Delivery Responsibilities Safely deliver products to commercial and industrial customer locations. Verify deliveries against packing slips and obtain customer signatures. Load and secure materials to prevent damage during transport. Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance needs. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while representing Apex Filtration. General Responsibilities Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, service technicians, and office personnel. Assist other departments as workload requires. Perform other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required. Forklift experience is a plus. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable with excellent attendance. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly. Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders. Ability to work in warehouse environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
