We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our growing company. Responsibilities Safely transport appliances using your own pickup truck with gas compensation. Deliver, install, and assemble household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers Move and lift heavy appliances safely using dollies and proper equipment Perform basic troubleshooting and simple appliance repairs when needed Read and follow installation instructions, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude with customers Ensure every installation is completed with attention to detail and care Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain accurate delivery and service records Follow all safety procedures and company standards Requirements MUST own a reliable pickup truck MUST be comfortable driving and maneuvering a trailer Experience moving and installing large appliances preferred Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to safely lift and move heavy items daily Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company Must be professional and take pride in quality work What We Offer Flexible schedule Supportive family-style work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Steady work with a growing business Hands-on, active work environment A team that values hard work, trust, and professionalism We are looking for someone who wants more than just a paycheck — we want someone who wants to build a future with our company.
