Job Description
3Z Brands is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for delivering mattresses safely and efficiently using a 16-ft box truck while providing excellent customer service at each stop. If you have delivery experience, enjoy working independently, and are comfortable with physical work, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 16-ft box truck to deliver mattresses to residential and commercial customers Load, unload, and handle mattresses with care to prevent damage Ensure accurate and timely deliveries according to scheduled routes Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions Maintain delivery logs and required documentation Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements Minimum 6+ months of delivery driving experience No CDL required Ability to safely operate a 16-ft box truck Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass: Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, Background check &Drug screening Ability to lift and move heavy items (mattresses) Strong time management and communication skills Schedule Must be available to work Saturdays Off Sundays + one additional weekday off
